The agreement governing your use of Mamawezwe BSMP.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mamawezwe BSMP (the "Service"), operated by Mamawezwe Group. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand. We will make the trial terms clear at sign-up.
You retain ownership of the data you upload (leads, contracts, invoices and related records). You grant us a limited licence to host and process that data solely to provide the Service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, suspend features, or modify the Service from time to time.
The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by Mamawezwe Group and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or content beyond use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
